South african goalkeeper Happy's professional approach and experience were so deeply needed at Liberty Stadium that the Board offered him a unusual deal: to be player/coach and team captain until he reach the 40 years old, and after that become coach until he wanted to leave the team. The fans were delighted to know of the offer, and when Happy said "yes", he was declared "Fan's Player of the Century". A true love story between a club and his goalie...
